- Jacob GatesMay, 27 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I normally don't leave reviews or even care so long as an effort was made, and I understand that they're understaffed. But I waited about seven minutes behind one care that was waiting for their order, and then waited another five for my order. I ordered a simple White Mocha hot, and either they were busy inside looking for something or getting confused, because once I got my order I realized it was wrong. Like not kinda wrong, like I cannot drink what they gave me wrong. The line behind me is about four cars now, and I'm not about to waste my time waiting in line. So I get up to go inside and three of the workers are just, having a great time talking and laughing about something. There's four of them working and it took them that long for what? Doesn't matter. So I figured, know what? Not worth it. Dumped the coffee out, and decided to hold that L. Would not recommend.
